Licensed & Insured Private Hire Operator in Bristol | Proline Taxi

Every Proline driver holds a private hire driver licence issued by the relevant local authority. To obtain and retain this licence, each driver must meet the following requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check: an enhanced criminal record check.
• DVLA driving licence check: verification of the driver’s licence.
• Group 2 medical: a medical examination to the standards applied to bus and lorry drivers.
• Knowledge test and safeguarding training: a knowledge assessment and training in safeguarding vulnerable people.

Every vehicle in the Proline fleet is licensed by the relevant local authority and must undergo regular compliance inspections:

Once a year

for vehicles less than 3 years old.
