What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup to the actual landing time, at no extra cost. Airport collections include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands.

Can I cancel, reschedule or change a booking?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are nonrefundable. To reschedule or change a booking, contact our team as early as possible and we will update it for you.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a booking confirmation by email with your journey details as soon as your booking is accepted. Clients with a Proline account also receive SMS updates.

What is included in the price?

Our fares are fixed, transparent and include VAT. Flight tracking, Meet & Greet and 60 minutes of free waiting time are included. Extra charges apply only if the journey changes: additional stops, additional mileage, or waiting beyond the agreed free time.

Can I book a chauffeur by the hour or for a full day?

Yes. Our chauffeurs can be booked by the hour or for a full day, ideal for business meetings, roadshows, events and multi-stop itineraries.

Can I book a chauffeur for someone else?

Yes. Simply add the passenger’s name and mobile number when booking, and we will keep them informed about their journey.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. Corporate clients can open an account and be invoiced weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the agreement.

Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a name board, then help with your luggage and walk you to the vehicle.

How much waiting time is included?

Every pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting time. After that, waiting time is charged at £40 + VAT (£48) per hour.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and DBS-checked?

Yes. All chauffeurs are licensed and Enhanced DBS-checked, and every vehicle is fully licensed, insured and compliant with local authority private hire requirements.

Can I request a female chauffeur?

Yes. A female chauffeur can be requested by email or WhatsApp. Please ask as early as possible so we can arrange it.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats are available for an additional charge, shown on the booking form. Please select the seat you need when you book so we can make sure it is fitted and ready for your journey. We cannot guarantee a child seat if it was not added at the time of booking.

Can I add a stop to my journey?

Yes. Additional stops can be added when booking or by contacting our team. Each additional stop is charged at a fixed amount based on the extra distance and time.

What payment methods do you accept, and do prices include VAT?

We accept card payments and cash when agreed in advance. All our prices include VAT.

How far in advance should I book?

We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability, so please contact our team.
