SECTION 1

Booking

You can book online at prolinetaxi.com/book-now/, by phone on +44 790 445 9504, or via WhatsApp on the same number. Online booking is available 24/7. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for early-morning transfers.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For early-morning pickups (before 6:00 AM) and airport transfers during peak periods, booking 48–72 hours ahead is advisable. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability.
Yes. PAs, office managers and travel coordinators can book, manage and amend journeys on behalf of travellers. For corporate accounts, all bookings can be handled centrally.
Yes. Once you complete your booking and payment, you will receive an instant confirmation by email. Driver details and real-time tracking are sent when your driver is on the way.
A 10% administration fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of notice given. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a refund minus the 10% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. If your booking needs to be rearranged due to a flight cancellation or change of plans, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss the options and any applicable fees with you directly.

SECTION 2

Vehicles & Luggage

Our fleet includes saloon cars, estate cars, executive vehicles, MPVs (up to 6 passengers) and minibuses. All vehicles are modern, clean and fully licensed. Vehicle options and luggage capacities are shown during the booking process.
All prices are per vehicle, not per passenger. You pay one fixed price regardless of how many passengers are travelling in the vehicle.
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle selected. Allowances are shown during the booking process. If you have oversized or extra luggage — such as large suitcases, sports equipment or maritime baggage — please let us know at the time of booking so we can allocate the correct vehicle.
All passengers are counted, including children and infants, to ensure the correct vehicle is allocated for safety and comfort.
Child seats are not legally required in private hire vehicles in England. However, for the safety and comfort of younger passengers, we strongly advise requesting one at the time of booking. Child seat requests can be added directly on the booking form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you or a passenger requires special assistance — including wheelchair access or mobility support — please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

SECTION 3

Airport Pickups

We serve all major UK airports including Bristol, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Birmingham and Manchester. Long-distance transfers to other airports are available on request.
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name or company name. If meet-and-greet is not included in your booking, pickup will be coordinated directly with your driver.

For airport pickups, your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands at no extra charge. We track all flights in real time and adjust pickup times automatically.
We use real-time flight tracking and automatically adjust pickup times for delays and early arrivals. No additional charges apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to rearrange your booking to a suitable alternative time. Please note that cancellation and rescheduling fees may apply depending on the circumstances — these will be discussed with you directly when you get in touch.

SECTION 4

Pricing & Payment

All prices are fixed and shown upfront at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees and no surge pricing based on traffic or time of day. However, additional charges apply during public holidays, major festivals and large events where demand and operational costs are significantly higher.
Yes. A 50% surcharge applies on 25 December, 26 December, 31 December and 1 January. Additional charges also apply during major festivals, sporting events and other high-demand periods in and around Bristol. Where applicable, any extra charge will be communicated at the time of booking.
Yes. All bookings must be prepaid by card at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly — see the Corporate section below.
Yes. Digital invoices and receipts are issued automatically for all bookings. Corporate clients can receive consolidated monthly invoices.

Corporate & Business Accounts

Yes. We work with businesses, travel coordinators, medical organisations and universities. Corporate accounts offer tailored pricing, 30-day payment terms, monthly invoicing and purchase order referencing. Contact us to set up an account.
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including pickups from 3:00 AM. Standard rates apply for out-of-hours journeys. Additional charges may apply during public holidays, major events and high-demand periods.
Yes. We arrange return trips, multi-leg itineraries and long-distance journeys across the UK. These can be booked in advance and managed centrally for corporate clients.
