Reliable, Government-Funded Taxi Travel for Access to Work Clients in Bristol
We specialise in Access to Work accounts. Dedicated drivers, simplified monthly invoicing, and zero stress for your daily journey to work.
Transport Barriers Shouldn’t Hold You Back
We understand that public transport isn’t always a viable option. Whether due to anxiety, mobility challenges, chronic pain, or neurodiversity, the commute can often be the most stressful part of the working day.
At Proline Taxi, we change that. We turn your daily journey into a safe, consistent, and quiet space where you are in control.
We work with individuals, employers, and the Department for Work and Pensions to ensure compliant, stress-free transport solutions.
If you are eligible for the UK Government’s Access to Work grant, we can become your dedicated transport provider, handling the driving and the paperwork so you can focus on your career.
Why Choose Proline for Your Funded Account?
Safety is non-negotiable. All Proline drivers are fully licensed, DBS-checked, and trained to provide a professional, respectful environment.
We aim to pair you with the same driver daily. Routine builds trust, and you won’t have to explain your destination or requirements every single morning.
We provide the detailed monthly invoices and journey logs the DWP requires. No chasing receipts—we make your claim process seamless.
Your recurring booking is locked into our system. We don’t cancel on our regulars during busy times. Your work schedule is our priority.
How to Set Up Your Taxi Account
Apply via the official GOV.UK Access to Work portal. If approved, you will receive a grant letter outlining your budget for travel costs.
Once you have your grant (or if you are currently applying), contact us with your route, schedule, and any specific vehicle requirements.
We agree on a fixed price and schedule your recurring rides in our dispatch system.
Your driver arrives on time. At the end of each month, we send a consolidated invoice to submit to Access to Work (or invoice your employer directly, depending on your arrangement).
